Almost directly opposite the Buchanan Street entrance to the centre, Amarone does great Italian food in a tranquil environment. They’ve even got tables outside on sunnier days.

One Ten offers a light bite to something more substantial, all cooked up by Derek Blair, one of the country’s top chefs.

Rogano is a Glasgow institution, with a champagne bar and restaurant specialising in seafood, in art deco surroundings. Definitely one to impress.

Gandolfi's another Glasgow institution and we love it. Warm and friendly service, and a menu specialising in Scottish produce. They’ve also got a seafood restaurant a wee bit up the road from the original.

Sometimes, only pizza will do. But DiMaggio's also do pastas and salads. A good choice if you’re planning to catch a film later – Cineworld is just across the road.
