Gift cards

Buchanan Galleries Gift Cards are similar to a debit card, and you can buy them for any amount of money you like. They make a great present for all sorts of occasions – Christmas, birthdays, retirals or weddings are the most popular – and can be used throughout the centre. You can buy gift cards in person at our Information Desk in Buchanan Galleries, on the ground floor, near John Lewis. Or, if you can't make it in to the centre, you can also buy the cards on-line. Find out more about gift cards

Lost property

Any lost property in the centre is handed in to our Information Desk on the ground floor near John Lewis/The Perfume Shop, so try here first if you've lost something. Or, give us a call at 0141 333 9898 and ask for Lost Property.

Cash machines

Cash machines are available on 1st floor outside John Lewis; in the foyer of level 3 of the car park; and near the toilets on 2nd floor. None of our cash machines charge for withdrawals.

Personal shopper/Style advisor

John Lewis, Mango, Gap, Next, Phase Eight and Jacques Vert all offer a personal shopper and/or style advisor services.

Baby change facilities

Baby changing facilities are available on 2nd floor, by the ladies toilets and the Food Gallery.

Breast-feeding room

If you'd like privacy to breast-feed, there are facilities within the baby changing room on 2nd floor, near the Food Gallery.

Hair straighteners

Hair straighteners are available within the ladies' toilets on 2nd floor.

Toilets

Toilets are available on 2nd floor, near to the Food Gallery, or within John Lewis. Disabled toilets are available on the ground floor, 1st floor and second floor – RADAR keys are available from the Information Desk or the Management Suite on the 2nd floor.

Internet Access

If you're looking for internet access, we've kiosks on the second floor (food court level) located next to the lifts.

Photocopying

Black and white photocopying at A4 and A3 size is available at a self-service photocopier on the second floor, which you'll find just outside the Management office.
