Cash machines are available on 1st floor outside John Lewis; in the foyer of level 3 of the car park; and near the toilets on 2nd floor. None of our cash machines charge for withdrawals.
- Customer Collection
John Lewis offers a Customer Collection service – accessible at the ground floor of the car park, by the Killermont Street exit/entrance.
- Lakeland offer a ‘call now, collect later’ reservation service.
- Delivery
Lakeland offer free delivery if you spend £45 or more.
John Lewis offer free delivery anywhere in the UK if you spend £100 or more.

GAME offer a finance service.
- Gift cards
Buchanan Galleries Gift Cards are a ‘cash card’ format, and are available in to buy for any amount you choose. Suitable for all sorts of occasions – Christmas, birthdays, retirals or weddings are the most popular – the card can be used throughout the centre. Available at the Information Desk, on the ground floor, near John Lewis.

John Lewis offers home delivery. This is free anywhere in the UK for customers spending £100 or more

Jewellers H Samuel and Goldsmiths offer valuation and insurance replacement services.

- Lost property
All items of lost property are first handed in to the Information Desk on the ground floor near John Lewis. Alternatively, call us at 0141 333 9898 and ask for Lost Property.
- Mobile phone top-ups
Top up your pay-as-you-go phone at machines on 1st floor near John Lewis, or on 2nd floor by the Food Gallery.
- Optician
Vision Express offer eye tests, optometrists and specialist advice.
- Photos
If you’re looking for passport photos, there is a photo booth on 2nd floor by the food gallery - or you can get them done in store at Photo Optix (subject to availability).
If you’re looking to have photos developed, Boots do 1 hour processing.
If you’re looking to print off digital photos, you’ll find an I-Print Digital machine on the 2nd floor, by the food gallery
- Toilets
Toilets are available on 2nd floor, near to the Food Gallery, or within John Lewis. Disabled toilets are available on the ground floor, 1st floor and second floor – RADAR keys are available from the Information Desk or the Management Suite on the 2nd floor.
- Trade-in
Trade-in your old mobile phones at Carphone Warehouse and O2 – or recycle them at John Lewis.
Trade-in old games consoles and games at GAME for substantial discounts.
- Weighing machine
Weigh yourself and calculate your Body Mass Index on 2nd floor, near the Food Gallery.
