Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers
• Restocking and cleaning the kiosk
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and goals
• Selling phone accessories
• Keeping up to date with all major phone manufacturers and models
• Working at a kiosk in the shopping centre

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating discounts
• Ability to upsell products or services to maximise sales opportunities
• Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Note: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
