
Sales & Customer Service Assistant (Kiosk-based)
Revive MobileResponsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers
- Restocking and cleaning the kiosk
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and goals
- Selling phone accessories
- Keeping up to date with all major phone manufacturers and models
- Working at a kiosk in the shopping centre
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating discounts
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximise sales opportunities
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Note: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
